Personal essays on Lao Buddhist life, travel stories from temples, monk reflections and Dhamma talks, guest contributions from community members — all welcome in English, Lao, or both. See Section 6 — Blog & Stories for examples of what we publish. We review every submission personally and publish with your permission and in your name (or anonymously if preferred).
Is your Lao Buddhist temple missing from our temple directory? We want to build the most complete listing of Lao Buddhist temples in the world. Please send us your temple’s name, location, brief description, contact information, and website (if any). Listing is free and permanent.
LaoDharma.org is committed to high-quality Lao translations throughout the site — not machine-translated text but natural, accurate Lao that honors the tradition. If you are a fluent Lao speaker willing to review translations, suggest improvements, or translate new content, your contribution would be deeply valued. Monks, teachers, and community elders especially welcome.
Are you a Lao Buddhist monk, senior nun, or recognized Dhamma teacher? We welcome written Dhamma talks, reflections, and teachings — in English, Lao, or both. Audio and video content can be linked or embedded. Your teaching will be presented with full attribution and formatted with care and respect for the tradition.
Historical photographs of Lao temples, ceremonies, community life, and diaspora history are invaluable for cultural preservation. If you have photographs, documents, or historical materials you would like to share — digitized or in need of digitization — please reach out. All contributors are credited and materials are used only with explicit permission.
LaoDharma.org is free and non-commercial. It is maintained through the creator’s own time and resources.
